Another business trip, and somehow I felt that I need to write something that has been an inspiration to me a few weeks ago.
Around 2 years ago, I’ve started to write these notes whenever I got inspired during my business trip.
Just like what God promised in the following verse
John 10:10 NIV
[10] ….. I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
These days my business trip are getting better and better, better class, better hotel and better service… nothing to do with me, but rather God that has made all these possible — once my mentor said, its like becoming the main actor on a movie, but having Jesus performed every single things for you ..
Anyway, that was not what I meant to write this time… few weeks ago, I was trying to sleep in a hotel room, and somehow there was a movie on the television that caught my attention; a movie called ‘Morning Glory’ — its was about a TV show producer that tried so hard to make sure that the show won’t get cancelled after being told by the network that she has around 2 months to get it better.
She tried everything she could, and sacrificed so much of her own personal life just to make sure that all went well. But no one notices and bother to even pay attention to all the efforts that she has done. She even declined a better job offer just because of her commitments to the show and all the people working in it. Something that none of the show personnel knew anything about. She was so frustrated, wishing someone would appreciate all the sacrifices that she has made — but no one knew.
All of sudden, just like God Himself spoke to me — Its like He said that was going through with Him behind the scene for my life, He was working hard to protect and make sure that I have life and life to the full !!
I felt like being struck by a thunder, I felt so ashamed that I have been crying and complaining about how difficult my life was at that moment — I have been complaining to God about how difficult it was, while God was actually working hard on so many things that I was never aware of…
And just to make it clearer to me, the next day these verses come on my Bible Apps;
Ephesians 1:9-10 NIV
He made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, [10] to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.
Its like God wanted to me to aware that He has let me watched that particular movie so that I have a sign from Him, how much He loves me and how much work and plan He has prepared for me
We might facing a difficulties in life, despair, and anxieties — asking God whether He listened to our prayers? We might felt lost and lonely, but rest assured that God will never abandon nor forsake us, read these:
Deuteronomy 31:6,8 NIV
[6] Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” [8] The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
Hebrews 13:5 NIV
[5] Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
God has more stakes to make your life fuller, more successful and richer that what you can imagine — not only because you are His sons and daughters, but due to His nature. He is God of love and He is a good Father…
Sometimes, only those that has experienced the Goodness of God can share His Goodness toward others. And through our kindness and goodness to others, His name will be glorified
Matthew 5:16 NIV
[16] In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
He can only give goodness to our life, whatever our situations is, doesn’t change the fact that He is a good Father !!
He has never failed in keeping His promised and He won’t start now!!!
Keep believing in Him, trust Him completely — and start to do some goodness toward others, as your statement of faith in proclaiming God Goodness for your life.
Keep believing in Him, He is a gentle Father that love to watch us, to bless us and to let us have life to the full. It is always His intention for us to be able to enjoy our life, and being ‘Alive’
Thank you God, for being so good toward me and my family. You are truly Amazing God.
